My achievements :

1. Reduction of drying time of printed works from 12 to 4 hours;
2. Training and selection of new employees - 13 new employees;
3. Creation of the work plan of the structure - in the mediation department;

In a company that was involved in cartridge production and printer service. I had to do payroll, inventory, signing contracts, hiring and training new employees. This opportunity taught me how to overcome problems with a small budget and using reports. The hardest thing for me was learning to develop the new while I had a lot of work going on. Delegation and time management helped me with this.

My achievements :

1. I created a new service (printer service)

2. Defective percentage reduction from 2.36% to 0.73% per 2800 cartridges. Increase in production volumes: repacking/testing the quantity of cartridges from 1,982 to 2,800 per month; production from 564 to 900 per month.

3. Implementation of an individual work plan for each employee. Implementation of work schedule, bonus system, and penalty system. Rewarding employees.
